Meet Patricia

Patricia was introduced to community-centred death and birth care from a young age through her maternal lineage. Growing up rooted in a deep cultural heritage, she has been a bridge between the worlds ever since she can remember.

When Patricia was first brought to her knees by grief and trauma, cultivating a deeper commitment to the healing arts was the only way she knew how to survive. Since then, she has sat with people of many indigenous tribes around the world and actively nourishes grass roots activism in her communities.

She currently supports in person clients in Belfast and surroundings and offers online sessions for those further away. You can train with her through various workshops, which also includes a baby loss doula training coming in November 2024.
Though young in years, she has been recognised as powerful facilitator internationally and holds many years of experience mentoring doulas in birth and death work. An eternal student to the human experience, Patricia is invested in continued learning and attends a vast variety of trainings each year.

Her work effortlessly blends ancient intuitive wisdom with science based methods but is most known for its gentle compassion and fearless mirroring.
