Are you a birth doula who has completed their training but still feels out of their depth on occasion? You’re definitely not alone. When I started out I felt completely unprepared for the complexity of this work. I was beyond lucky to have good mentors and supervision along the way.

As a mentor, I don’t just listen to how your work is going. I help you navigate tricky situations, get curious about why you might be feeling the way you are, figure out what aspect of your business you might like to grow next, and find your voice in this diverse field.

I believe every doula deserves the care and accountability of supervision. I know I would have been lost without mine, and I’m delighted to pass my hard-won wisdom on.
