Each session is outlined as follows:

Thorough Consultation: We’ll start with a detailed consultation to understand your needs, concerns, and goals.
60 Mins In-Depth Work: Following our consultation, we’ll dive into 60 minutes of purposeful therapeutic work, using various techniques to address your issues.
10 Mins Integration: We’ll spend 10 minutes integrating the work we’ve done, ensuring you leave with a sense of completeness and understanding.
Feedback and Aftercare: I’ll provide immediate feedback and a plan for your aftercare to help you continue processing if need be.
48 Hrs Email Support: After our session, you’ll have access to 48 hours of email support to answer any questions and provide additional guidance.

Bodywork can, but don’t have to, include hands-on massage, Rebozo work, Castor Packs, Moxa treatments, steams, and herbal remedies.
